How does the air-cooled chiller assist the production of the injection molding machine? First of all, we have to understand the working principle of the injection molding machine, which is very easy to understand and can be divided into three parts: melting - forming - cooling.
 

Melting: that is, the raw materials of the injection molding machine are heated and melted through the heating ring outside the cylinder;
 

Molding: The melted raw materials will be pushed forward by the rotating screw and extruded into the injection mold, and the injection mold is provided with a channel for the flow of injection materials, so that the raw materials fill the whole mold;


Cooling: At this time, the raw materials in the mold are still melted liquid, and there is no mold condition, so the mold needs to be cooled by cooling water, and the heat of the injection product is taken away by the mold, so that its temperature is lowered, and the liquid raw materials will instantly solidified and return to the solid form.

After understanding the principle of the injection molding machine is very clear, and the air-cooled chiller mainly operates for the third step of cooling. After cooling the mold, the cooling water will absorb part of the heat of the mold and provide a stable mold temperature, so the temperature of the cooling water will increase. If it waits for its own cooling, it can not meet the needs of industrial production. If the use of direct discharge is even more impossible, the cost of water is too large.
 

Therefore, a professional chiller is needed for cooling, and the air-cooled chiller is very suitable for a small body, ranging from 1 to 60 pieces, enough to meet the cooling needs of the injection molding machine, and there is no need to connect the cooling tower, which can be placed directly in the production workshop. The cooling water that has absorbed the heat enters the air cooling machine through the water circulation system, and the cooling water temperature is lowered through the cooling system of the air cooling machine, so as to achieve a temperature that is easy to cool the mold without affecting the injection molding.

For injection molding machines, the energy efficiency of chiller is closely related to the quality of the product, but also related to the output of the machine. A good air-cooled chiller can ensure each mold process and reduce the defective rate of injection products.
